Calling individuals who have received services from SIL about their experience. They will give you a list of people to call and you'll have a script, "Hello my name is (wonderful APO volunteer). I am volunteering at SIL..." The survey is online so you will be reading the questions and entering in the consumer's answers- super simple. Let's help them get 200 completed surveys!
