Likely that the event won't last the entire 5 hours. We need some people to go to figure out how long the shifts typically last. Please sign in with the project leader (coordinator) when you arrive and if you drove other people write how many you drove. You must also take a picture with the group to prove you were at the event. Project leaders must send in this information along with the picture to apobetaetaleadership@gmail.com so that everyone can get credit for the event.
