Each month Spread the Word Nevada distributes approximately 60,000 books to students across the valley, and we need your help to get books into the hands of these kids to inspire and encourage them to find the magic of reading. Celebrate Nevada Reading Week by supporting Spread the Word and help clean books that will be donated to the local community. IMPORTANT: To sign up, you MUST go to the Spread the Word website and sign up with an account (you will not be able to participate if you do not register on their site). To make an account, please visit https://spreadthewordnevada.org/volunteer-options/ . I HIGHLY recommend making an account in advance in order for you to register on time/attend. If you have any questions/comments/concerns, feel free to contact the event coordinator/Service VP. Please make sure to read the "Things to Know" document about what to expect prior to attending service events.
