The sign-up deadline to save your spot is Wednesday, November 6. Everyone MUST check-in on-campus on the morning of the event at the Student Union Ballrooms on the second floor of the Student Union building at their site's listed time. (Please note that the start and end times vary by site, and once you register, you will be expected to be present for the duration of the shift for which you register.) Please be sure to arrive on time. Everyone will return to the Student Union after their service project, at which point everyone will have the option to either depart from campus or stay for the 10th Anniversary Celebration Lunch from 12 to 1:30 pm in the Student Union Ballrooms. If you plan to stay for the celebration lunch, please also complete the Celebration RSVP Form. *For all sites: please bring a reusable water bottle. *For all sites: participants will arrange group transportation/carpooling before leaving campus for the service site. *All participants must wear closed-toe shoes, shirts with sleeves AND long pants for working to protect against injury. Improper attire may mean being unable to join your group. *Please note that service projects are subject to change depending on the needs of the community partners.
