Set up duties can range from: -table and chair set up all around the park field -loading and unloading equipment -setting up farmers market with produce -putting up canopies -putting up signs all around the event to direct the crowd During the event we will need folks to: -interact with children and encourage them to dance near the stage -refill water stations with 5 gallon water jugs -wear a carrot and banana costume at the event and take pics with children -pass out water to exhibitors and volunteers -direct participants to the registration tent to check in -pass out water bottles to children and help them fill it up at the water station -direct people to the garden
