This National Rebuilding Day (NRD), our team will be "adopting" a home in Henderson. The home belongs to an elderly woman who can no longer maintain her home and yard as she would like. While contractors may be performing skilled repairs on the house on NRD, volunteers will be helping paint the exterior of her home and assist in cleaning up her yard and trimming her trees and shrubs. This may also involve a general cleanup of her street (i.e., removing weeds, picking up trash, sweeping). We will begin at approximately 8:00 a.m. on Saturday, April 30th, and we expect to be done by the early afternoon. Breakfast and lunch will be provided.
