Tomorrow Holly Frye and I need volunteers for the Christmas Parade in Shepherdstown. Our only job will be to look adorable in Santa hats, direct people to where they need to go, line them up in order, and keep intersections clear. We're meeting at 8 AM at in the parking lot of Trinity Episcopal in Shepherdstown, and there will be coffee and donuts for volunteers.
