What you would have to do is drive down in your car, or a fellow brothers car to Morgantown, receive a dog/puppie/cat/kitten, and drive the cute little guy or girl to the Hagerstown exit (Near to the outlets). I (Tony Sampson) would be present at each transport to help, and work with the Dog Bless people who run this. *Advice: Just to make the ride easier, it helps if two people are in the car. One to drive and one to just give the animal some attention, like petting them. The are well behave animals, but must most come from an abusive past, and just want to be loved and receive any positive attention that they can get.
