As the prerequisite for all other APO LEADS courses, Launch increases participants’ knowledge of leadership skills and what it means to be a Servant Leader while also providing strategies to apply within their chapters. This is required for all pledges and will be presented by the incredible Kayleigh Caskey, Evan Harmon, and Rob Langdorf
