Families from across Central Kentucky will be coming together to dance the night away for our Silent Disco. Volunteers are essential to help our girls shine! The Silent Disco will be held on November 9th at The Mane on Main. Below is a list of volunteer opportunities and time commitments: Event Set Up: 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm - Set up decor, move furniture, setting up Silent Auction display, set up headsets. Headphone Helper: 5:30 pm - 9:30 pm - Assist with providing headphones to guests, troubleshoot throughout the event and assist with pack up once the event is complete. *A brief training will be provided at the beginning of the shift. Registration Table: 5:30 pm - 8:30 pm - Welcome guests, confirm event registration and provide a brief description of the event set up. Dancing Buddy: 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm - Wear the silent storm headphones, participate in dances on the dance floor and get everyone excited to participate. Craft Assistant: 5:30 pm - 8:30 pm - Help with the set up of the craft room, assist all guests with the craft, and aid in clean up. Silent Auction Assistant: 7:00pm- 9:30pm - Help with the closing of the Silent Auction. Collect payment from winners.
