Bluegrass PRIDE has partnered with LFUCG (Lex-Fay Urban Co. Gov’t) to host a 'Gobble Grease Takeback' on November 26 and 27 and we need your help to keep harmful fats, oils and grease (FOG) out of Lexington's water system. Volunteers are needed from 8 a.m.-12 p.m. on both of these days at the LFUCG Recycling Center on Thomposon Road. You will be responsible for monitoring the takeback and helping to properly dispose of grease that is brought to the event. If you are available to help, please contact Darcy Everett (Darcy@bgPRIDE.org) or me and let us know which date/time you would prefer.
