This event is for the Haiti Family Night Fundraiser. They are raising money to buy a water purification system. The event itself is broken into a setup portion and event help portion. Ginny asks for those who help with the event to do a little research on the Haitian culture to help you better serve the event. First Shift: Help setup for the event (tables, etc.) Second Shift: Helping with children's activities etc. She will find things for people to do. This is our first event with a new contact, Ginny Whitehouse. She has been very helpful setting us up with Girl Scouts contacts recently. Please lets make a good first impression. The event takes place at the First United Methodist Church multiplex in the gymnasium. This is located at the intersection of Lancaster Avenue and Main Street in Richmond. Well within walking distance of campus. The gymnasium is located in the back of the multiplex.
