Using the four Servant Leader Characteristics of stewardship, Commitment to Growth of People, awareness and Persuasion, this session will explore how the Fraternity is a Learning Organization and how to effectively match volunteers (their interests, desires, skills and aptitudes) with the needs of the Fraternity.
