The Down Syndrome Association of West Michigan is looking for volunteers to help with their annual holiday party at Frederick Meijer Gardens. The party will run from 2-4pm but volunteers are needed there at 1pm for set-up and directions. volunteer activities include: set-up, craft tables, passing out Christmas cookies, and registration. This is a great opportunity to work with people with special needs. If this makes you uncomfortable, you can always have a volunteering position that will allow less contact with people.
