This event will feature a panel discussion with community leaders and elected officials, including State Representative Carol Glanville, State Representative Donovan McKinney, President of the Greater Grand Rapids Chapter of The NAACP, Cle Jackson, and GVSU Vice President for Strategy & University Initiatives Jesse M. Bernal, among many other very special guests! They will share insights on the importance of youth engagement and advocacy, especially in light of the upcoming November 5th election. After the panel, there will be a networking session where attendees can engage with local leaders and advocacy organizations and enjoy some food while building connections. This event is not only a great opportunity to emphasize the power of youth leadership but also to empower young voters to take action for the issues they are passionate about.
