College Mentors for Kids mission is to motivate children and communities to achieve their potential by fostering inspiration! They make buddy pairs of a college student and elementary student, and they meet weekly for activities on campus. These activities and relationships with college students allow the children to be exposed to higher education and the opportunities it has to offer. We are going to be helping out CMFK by running volunteer stations with the kids and their buddies! You will help lead the station by providing guidance on how to complete the activity. I will provide the activities and supplies to complete them, you guys just have to show the buddies how it is done! You will NOT be responsible for looking after the buddies or for their behavior. You are welcome to be as involved with the buddies as you would like! For this event to go smoothly, we need a minimum of 5 people. Since the space is limited however, it will be capped at 10 people.
