Listen to a podcast talking about either a current event related to Hispanic/Latinx heritage or something about the history of their heritage or a podcast about the specific culture of a hispanic country. There are seriously so many options. Although I love podcasts that are humorous or made by TikTok influencers, this is not the place for that. Make sure that the episode you listen to either is from an accredited news source or the host is accompanied by an expert in a topic related to hispanic culture. If you are unsure, text me what the name of the podcast is and I will tell you if it is okay or not. Additionally, if you need any ideas let me know and I will give you options. I am intentionally keeping this open ended but I do have potential ideas since I listen to so many podcasts. FOR CREDIT: Send me a PARAGRAPH talking about the podcast, stating the name of the podcast and the company/creator who is speaking on the podcast. Talk about what you learned from the podcast and what aspects of it made you a better leader (servant leaders don't just need to know how to manage a group but they need to understand the diverse complexities of so many different cultures and how backgrounds influence who someone becomes :) ) Speak about how the podcast helped you become more culturally competent and/or more things!
