In this workshop, we will discuss how to assess your organization's traditions and practices, how to combat harmful behaviors, and re-imagine traditions into healthy celebrations. At the end of this session, participants can start to develop a roadmap to increase a sense of belonging in their organization while aligning practices with their values.
