The Rapid Recruitment Job Fair is for students and employers who want a quick turnaround time in the hiring process. Employers who take part in this fair guarantee to offer invitations for job or internship interviews to students they are interested in pursuing within 48 hours or less after the fair. The atmosphere at the Rapid Recruitment Job Fair will be more informal than a traditional career fair. Stop by the event in the 2nd Floor Mason Hall Rotunda casually dressed, before or after class and activities, with copies of your resume. Employers want to get the hiring conversations started and the “rapid recruitment” ball rolling so don't miss this event! Helpful Details: Casual dress is expected - meaning dress as you do for class Resumes - can't get an interview without a resume! Drop-In between your classes and activities How to Prepare - just be open to meeting with employers and asking about their company, industry, and opportunities Be prepared to potentially get a "call back" and/or attend an interview for an open position within that same week Eager Employers - the employers participating are interested in meeting you, answering your questions, and getting the hiring process started! You do not need to be here for all 4 hours, simply go for a little bit and talk to a few employers!
