- You MUST be sober or you will not be allowed in the bell tower. You can't be under the influence of alcohol & ring the bell. This is a longstanding tradition/honor for APO and we don't want to ruin it. - Meet at the SOUTHEAST corner of the shoe, inside the gates (Gate 32/Recruit Room) 15 minutes before the end of the 4th quarter. (I usually leave for the gate with 7/8 minutes left in the game.) Tell the redcoat there that you are ringing the bell for the game, and the correct people will be notified to let you up. - Only 4 individuals will be allowed in the bell room at once, but folks may rotate.
