Post a fundraiser for the nature conservancy on your facebook page with the goal of raising $100! Send a screenshot of the post to the email UD APO Attendance udapoattendance@gmail.com. Please include this edited version in your facebook fundraiser! I'm asking for donations to The Nature Conservancy for UD’s chapter of Alpha Phi Omega’s philanthropy project. We’ve chosen this nonprofit because their mission means a lot to our chapter, and I hope you'll consider contributing. Every little bit will help us reach our goal. We’ve included information about The Nature Conservancy below. The mission of The Nature Conservancy is to conserve the lands and waters on which all life depends. We're proud of what we've accomplished since our founding in 1951: The Nature Conservancy has protected more than 117 million acres of land and 5,000 miles of rivers worldwide — and we operate more than 100 marine conservation projects globally. We have more than 1 million members and work in all 50 United States and 76 countries around the world — protecting habitats from grasslands to coral reefs, from Australia to Alaska to Zambia. We address threats to conservation involving climate change, fire, fresh water, forests, invasive species, and marine ecosystems.
