One person will monitor the ground floor and 1st floor lobby, one will be on the second floor, and one will be on the third floor. You will help attendees find rooms and answer any questions. *No one is needed for the lunch hour, so please do not sign up for the 12-1pm shift (since everyone will be leaving KU for lunch).
