This is for the Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers who is having their first conference here at UD. Volunteers will answer questions about the conference or pending questions that attendees may have. Please fill out the following volunteer form from the SHPE. Please review the following before going to this event: •Assist attendees with any questions that they may have (most attendees will most likely ask where the bathroom is, so be familiar where this is located by the ballroom) •T-Shirt pick-up- you will be responsible for handing out t-shirts to volunteers that show up before their shifts. Your shirt will be available to you at your perspective information table, please wear this when volunteering. •Other pick-ups- some people will stop by the desk to pick up cameras, keys, etc. They will be labeled with their name to hand to them •If you have any questions, there will be several resources at the desk to help you know how to answer them. Please review all the materials at the beginning of your shift. •Review http://www.rldc6.com/rldc-conference-program-additional-information/ before the weekend to familiarize yourself for important information. *The 8-10 and 10-12 shift will be at the Mariott.
