This workshop aims either to develop the brotherhood in the chapter, focusing on topics like conflict resolution, team building, and how to be the best brother you can be, or explore what servant leadership means, how it can be demonstrated, and other avenues of leadership development. The mission of APO is to prepare campus and community leaders through service so we sometimes primarily focus on the service aspect. However, we all know APO is also about the bonds of friendship and growing as leaders - let’s revitalize these other principles and work together towards a well-rounded chapter.
