In this session, we will explore gender identity and how media and society influence our gender expressions. We will apply these conversations to roles as leaders. How does being a man or a woman influence how people see you in your leadership role? Are these gender influences helpful or harmful to your work? Is it possible for us to counteract them? Bring stories from your own experience, and we will explore these critical questions together.
