At El Puente, our goal is to help students from Latino families in grades K-6 succeed in their schoolwork. We focus heavily on reading and writing in English, since many of the students we serve are bilingual in a spoken sense, but come from families where English is not read or written very often. Come help these kids with their English! They really need volunteers! **MAKE SURE YOU HAVE THE MINOR TRAINING DONE.
