During a Conversation Group session, you will meet students enrolled in the Intensive English Program. Each session begins with a conversation question, with the freedom to follow its lead or direct the discussion elsewhere. Conversation Groups help international students improve their conversational English and increase their knowledge of American culture, which is an invaluable asset as they transition to UD. Students are welcome to bring their own lunches, and the CIP happily provides guests with lemonade and cookies are provided. Whether you're an international or American student, the informal setting and dialogue raised in Conversation Groups are a great way to connect with a diverse group of peers across the UD community. Conversation Groups are provided by the Center for International Programs.
