OneBistro is a restaurant in Miamisburg that was opened by a retired Cincinnati chef who wanted to give back to the community. This restaurant has a "pay what you can" concept, where if you can't pay, you can volunteer and if you have the means to pay, then you're encouraged to give extra, be that time or money. The entire place is run by volunteers including the waiters and dishwashers. Wednesday night community dinners are free upon RSVP. As volunteers, we will be required to help set up, serve the meal, and clean afterwards. You need to be there from 4 to 8 PM.
