UVM’s Black Student Union presents Black Poetry Night. Join the BSU as they celebrate Black History Month and Black Creativity! BSU has invited a few Black poets from the Burlington area to preform selections of their work then engage in a roundtable discussion of Black identity in their art. In particular, conversation would be steered towards being a Black person in Vermont and how that has affected their Black identity. It will be a great opportunity for students to reflect on how they understand themselves during their time in Vermont, particularly BIPOC students who are a unique group in New England. https://uvmbored.com/event/black-student-union-presents-black-poetry-night/
