Hear parents and families share their unique healthcare experiences and their perspectives on patient and family-centered care. In conjunction with Geriatric Family Panel on 4/22 Pediatric Family Panel in conjunction with the Vermont Family Network and the Interprofessional Health Student Organization (IHSO) of UVM and Albany College of Pharmacy. Interprofessional health students (nursing, COM, PT, SLP, pharmacy, social work, counseling, etc.) are encouraged to attend to learn about the real experience of families we support. Questions?
