The Spectrum Youth and Family Services center provides vital services that "empower teenagers, young adults, and their families to make and sustain positive changes through prevention, intervention, and life skills services." With programs ranging from basic needs and supportive housing to skills and mentoring programs, Spectrum has been a major force in effecting positive change in the Burlington community since 1970.
