WHAT: Fonda, our advisor, is presenting one of the LCE workshops just for us! I took the description of the workshop directly from them: "Learn how to handle hurtful and harmful comments that are based on social identities in an effective and safe manner. Participants will be introduced to frameworks for recognizing and addressing these instances of bias." WHY: I want APO brothers to be educated about current issues, so that we can best influence the community around us while we do service work. REMEMBER: You can add your name until the sign ups are closed (1 day before the event), and you can remove your name until the sign ups are locked (2 days before the event).
