Once you enter the meeting you will be in the lobby (shown below). I (Erica) will be available in this room for the entirety of the event to answer any questions that may come up. Along the right-hand side you will see the list of Breakout Rooms with the name of each organization. As a presenter, you must be in the breakout room for other attendees to be able to join. You can have multiple representatives in the same room, but only one can be an active presenter. This role can be passed. Once you enter the room you will have the option to speak, type to chat, see a list of participants, share files on your screen, open a whiteboard to make notes, but not to utilize video. Attendees will be able to drop into and leave the rooms as they wish. While they are there, I would recommend sharing a link to your website or volunteer opportunities in chat and collect contact information of the attendees.
