It's LGBTQ+ Solidarity Week! We'll be making posters in support of the Native American/Indigenous community. Indigenous peoples are known within their cultures for not conforming to the gender binary. Get creative and make posters/cards to hang in your window or put up around your town to support a deserving cause! Take pictures to be shared on your social media and APO's! About Solidarity Week: GLSEN (formerly the Gay, Lesbian & Straight Education Network) is an American education organization working to end discrimination, harassment, and bullying based on sexual orientation, gender identity, and gender expression and to prompt LGBT cultural inclusion and awareness in K-12 schools. Their solidarity campaign is a week about learning and practicing solidarity, how others can show up for you, and how you can show up for others.
