Every first Sunday in May is Regatta Day in New Paltz! Every year businesses and families in New Paltz construct homemade water-crafts and parade them down Main Street and sail/race them on the Wallkill River. Anyone assisting/participating in the Regatta will meet at Village Hall. We as volunteers will assist with monitoring the bouncy house (weather permitting), holding signs in the parade, assisting with the boat launch at the Plains Rd site, and possibly with other activities.
