* Please note that we recently changed the name of the road going into the Sanctuary grounds. While our official address is 2 Rescue Road and most online maps will lead you right to us when you search it, some GPS’s only recognize the old address, 6 Epworth Lane.* When you arrive, please pull into the parking lot past the large white house. Check-in is at the volunteer center in the red barn bearing left after the parking lot before heading out to the pastures. A staff member will have you fill out our volunteer registration form and then set you on a task. You will want to wear rugged boots and clothes that are appropriate for the weather. These should be items that you do not mind getting dirty or stained. You may also want to bring sunglasses or a hat since most of the work is outside. Finally, we encourage you to bring a brown bag lunch and/or snacks, and a water bottle. Please do not include meat, eggs or dairy out of respect for the animals. (21 min=10.2 mi) Drivers will receive .5 hours additional credit. Meet at HAB: 9:40 Leave HAB: 9:50am
