The Spring 2018 Club and Involvement Fair will be held on Wednesday, January 31st from 2pm-5pm. We will be having the event in three different locations SUB MPR, the Pre-function Space outside of the MPR, and SUB 100N. The locations of the club and the involvement fair are first come first serve. The numbers are based on when you sign up for the Club and Involvement Fair. The locations and numbers of Numbers 1-98 will be in the MPR, Numbers 99-119 will be in the PFS outside of the MPR, and numbers 120-154 will be in 100N. Make sure to keep the following in mind: • Be sure to stop by the check in table in the SUB MPR before you go to your designated spots • Remember that there are two clubs sharing the table, please be mindful of those around you • Your location for the club fair will be in the MPR • You can hang banners and posters from the tables, but please avoid hanging things on the walls • Please do not bring any balloons into the MPR, as they are a fire hazard
