Hey everyone!! The Food Bank of the Hudson Valley needs our help! It is dusty; chilly (in the winter) and hot (in the summer) in our warehouse so we always recommend you dress appropriately in clothes you don’t mind getting dirty and bring a pair of warm cloth gloves that you can launder at home. Also, please note that you will be in a working warehouse. As such, please be sure to follow the following rules for your safety and the safety of others. Make sure to wear closed toed, flat healed, sturdy shoes, long pants and short or long sleeved shirt. (tank tops and shorts are not allowed in a food warehouse) There is no running/horseplay in the warehouse Head phones, ear buds and cell phone use is prohibited There is no eating or drinking in the warehouse, including chewing gum, cough drops or mints (there are water bottles provided for volunteers to have in a designated area) Please meet at HAB Circle at 2pm to leave by 2:10pm Event is 40 minutes away (24.9 miles) drivers will receive additional credit
