Mary "Chiz" Chisholm runs her Heart Street 7 days a week. Hot meals are served, and individuals can bring bags of packaged food home for themselves and their families. Many individuals who visit or live at Chiz's Heart Street have schizophrenia. Many of the individuals really enjoy speaking with volunteers and like knowing we are there to help them. There may be some outbursts or complaints from some individuals. Bring your positive attitude with you today to help inspire others. We will be helping prepare food, serving food, cleaning the dining room, doing laundry, sorting the food pantry, etc. Attendees will meet at HAB circle at 11:20 and leave by 11:30. 27 mins away (15.7 miles) Each driver will receive an additional 30 mins of service.
