The Campus Kitchen Project is coming to UC Merced to have discussions on food waste and food insecurity, and they need volunteers! Shifts are broken up by activity so read carefully. 8:00—9:00am = Event set up in CA room, coffee & snack set up 9:00—9:30am = Registration with coffee and snacks 9:30—10:30am = (1-2 volunteers) Late registration 10:30—11:45am = Help UCM food team with transporting/setting up lunch 12:00—1:00pm = Lunch 1:00—2:00pm = Help clean up lunch and transport any leftovers to the appropriate location 2:00—3:00pm = At about 2:30-2:45, help UC Merced team bring snacks over and set up 3:00—4:00pm = Keep snack area clean 4:00—5:00pm = Hand out and collect survey materials and clean room after event More shifts will open as more details are given.
