In the past, many Bellarmine RSOs have volunteered at Supplies Over Seas, sorting through surplus medical supplies that were donated to be recycled and sent overseas to help the ill and injured get the care they deserve. However, due to their amazing volunteer base, SOS currently has a waiting list for groups to volunteer in their warehouse. So instead, we have decided to host a surplus medical supply drive within APO. Donated items can range from: crutches to dressings (band aids included) to over the counter medications (like aspirin, antibiotic ointment, and burn ointment). Items SOS are unable to accept include liquids) and prescription medications. Items will be collected throughout the next month (up to Feb. 21) at our weekly chapter meetings. 3 donated items = 1 hour of service
