So Lauren W and I have decided we are going to do a Mental Health Awareness Instagram Takeover. I am considering this service to the campus. What you have to do is simple... create a poster, video, anything that can be posted on the APO Instagram about mental health. (self-care strategies you have used, your own mental health story, anything that you think would be helpful for the brotherhood and the CNU campus.) When signing up, comment what you plan on doing. This will allow everyone to see what is being done so we are not super repetitive.
