RHA is hosting their annual Trick or Treat event in the Freshman residence halls. The event is Sunday October 27th from 5pm-7pm and a mandatory meeting is being held on Thursday 24th at 7pm in MCM 112 that all volunteers must attend (unless they have a class). I am about to post the event, but here it is if you want to fill out the form now! There are three positions they can volunteer for which are listed below. Hall Judge: The freshmen are competing to see who has the best decorated hall out of the entire building. As a hall judge you would go to every residence hall and judge each hall within that building based on the requirements, which will be given. The judges cannot tell anyone that they are judging, it is top secret information. The winning hall wins a pizza party, so the stakes are high. Greeters: They will meet people in the lobby and splitting them into groups. They are to make sure no one goes up without a tour guide and they will answer questions on where the other residence halls are. Tour Guides: These people will lead the groups through the residence halls. The primary purpose for this is to make sure that no children go into the students' rooms. Also if they see a health or safety violation they will need to tell the Hall inspector (RHA Member) in their building. They are also expected to be personable for the same reason listed above.
