Every year since 2011, volunteers have gathered at South End Earth Day to celebrate the Earth and give the South End gardens a strong start to the growing season. As a result, South End neighborhoods see thriving gardens, community outdoor recreation, and increased food security. Volunteering goes from 9am-12pm, and we'll be hosting a celebration afterwards at The Radix Ecological Sustainability Center (located at 153 Grand St, Albany, NY 12202).
