Their are three volunteer shifts for this event. Community Service Fair morning volunteers will arrive in the LC's, in front of the Library by 9am. Volunteers will assist CPSP staff in preparing the venue (making sure tables are arranged correctly and placing tablecloths on the tables). Volunteers will then go to the State Student Parking Lot to welcome community partners and assist them in finding their way and transporting their gear to the fair check-in table in front of the Main Library on the LC level. Community Service Fair midday volunteers will help man the check-in table and make community partner guests have what they need to have a successful fair experience. Community Service Fair late shift volunteers will assist with Fair breakdown and assist community partners in breaking down their displays and transporting them to the State Student Parking Lot.
