UAlbany's Collegiate Recovery Program next Overdose Prevention Training will be Thursday, October 27th from 5:30pm-7:30pm in LC 23. This training course will teach you to recognize the signs of an opioid overdose and how to administer the opioid reversal drug Naloxone (e.g., Narcan) Naloxone can save the lives of individuals who use opioids in addition to other substances, such as cocaine, which can be unknowingly laced with fentanyl (an opioid). Attendees will receive a FREE Naloxone kit at the end of training.
