During the event, you guests present their flyer (or show them on your phones) when you order. To promote your event you can email the flyer to supporters, post on social media or hand out paper flyers. (However, they do not allow flyers to be handed out in the restaurant or directly outside the restaurant the day of the event.) They donate 20% of the fundraising sales we bring in. This fundraiser will be going to Haiti relief- specifically an organization called SOIL, which is an organization based in Haiti focused on giving Haitians necessary supplies and helping people rebuild after the earthquake. We will be collaborating with the Albany Colony of Sigma Beta Rho Fraternity Inc. to help out with is effort. To get credit for this event, send proof of your receipt to apoadhpresident@gmail.com. The flyer can be found on our social media.
