Volunteers would be standing behind the starting blocks for each line and hitting the start and stop buttons on a timer and then writing down what the times were for each swimmer. We recommend wearing flip flops/no shoes, as the floor will be wet and dress appropriately as the pool deck can be warm and there may be mild splashes. Attendees can also choose to wear costumes (as long as they are noncontroversial/appropriate and they are okay with it getting splashed potentially)
