Learn how to use our new VoIP communication system. The class covers how to use the new Cisco phone, voicemail, the Cisco Self Care Portal & Jabber. The class is offered in an Online webinar format and in an In-Person classroom format. The new phones are installed in the ITS Training Room for a hands-on learning experience.
