The drive will officially begin at 1pm and end at 6pm; we will use the 12-1pm slot to setup AND dormstorm for the Blood Drive. At all subsequent time slots from 1pm-6pm, volunteers may be asked to run the check in table, monitor the snacks table, OR dormstorm to help get the word out. We will not be having a “clean-up” volunteer slot as the Red Cross workers usually cover everything. That being said, no volunteers will be turned away because we don’t have work for them to do between 12-6pm! Please let your volunteers know this, as well as what duties may be expected of them if they sign up.
